These terms may be updated at any time,
major changes will be announced via social media.

HOME
COMMISSIONS

1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
a. My artwork may not be edited, copied, traced or heavily referenced by anyone. This applies to all work, regardless to whether it is personal, commission work, or a design.
Individuals who are found to be copying, tracing or heavily referencing my work will be denied service in the future.
b. My artwork is my own property and I retain the rights to it.
c. I have the right to use any of my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, in my online publications, portfolios, examples etc. Please consult before commissioning if it is a gift or should not be posted publicly.

2. PAYMENT
a. All payments will be made in USD (US Dollars) via PayPal.
b. Work on commissions and customs will begin once the full payment has been received. For designs, rights and original designs files will be transferred only once the design has been paid for in full.
c. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone or deny a commission for any reason.

3. DESIGN AND ADOPTABLE POLICY
When you bid on, purchase, or come into possessions of my designs, you automatically agree to the following conditions:
a. Design rights and original transparent design files will be transferred ONLY once the full payment has been received.
b. Any additional edits, design tweaks or design variants will be started only once design has been paid in full.
c. Owners of my design have the right to use the design freely, as a personal character or brand mascot, with the exception of commercial use. In plain terms, the design may not be used for financial gain. NONE of my work may be turned into NFT or put on a blockchain.
d. Design can be edited in any way, with the exception of the original artwork. I retain the rights to my original artwork, which can not be edited or altered by anyone other than myself. My artwork may not be copied or traced by anyone, including design holders. Please consult for edits of original artwork, variant color schemes or design alterations may be commissioned.
e. Holder of the design may repost my original artwork, but must include visible credit to myself.
f. My designs may be freely resold, traded or gifted. My designs may not be sold for more than it was purchased for, UNLESS there is added artwork.
g. I reserve the right to refuse to sell to anyone.

4. WILL / WON'T DO
WILL DO:
a. OC's and fanart
b. Props (objects, accessories, weapons etc.)
c. Character interaction
d. LIGHT armor or humanoid mecha (limitations can be discussed)
e. Furry / animals (limitations can be discussed)
f. NSFW (FRIENDS ONLY)
g. Violence and gore (limitations can be discussed)WON'T DO:
a. Anything political or offensive
b. Drawing realistically or in another's art style
c. Complex backgrounds
d. Fetishes

5. COMMISSIONED ARTWORK
When you commission me, you automatically agree to the following:
a. I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
b. Commission work will begin only once full payment has been received.
c. I have the right to cancel your commission at any time and will provide a full refund.*
d. Commissioners may not request a refund once a commission is started or finished.*
e. For colored pieces and larger commissioned artwork, I will provide three progress shots for approval only. One for the sketch, the lineart, and the final color / render. Changes may be requested during these check ins, but extreme rework may incur an additional charge. Please be aware that when one stage has been approved, changes will no longer be made to it.
f. I expect some flexibility to use my artistic judgment, and may make minor color and tonal changes to the overall image. This may lead to some markings and hues deviating from the original design or variation in brush choice.
Please understand that I am trained as a draftsman/storyboard artist. My finished products may come out loose and sketchy as thats just my style
g. Due to schedule fluctuations, commissioned work may take anywhere from 7 - 30 days. I will notify commissioners of any further delay. Deadlines can be negotiated, but they may incur additional charge. In the event of a serious personal issue, I may choose to refund a commission.
h. Artwork may be reposted by the commissioner, but I must be visibly credited for the work.

6. CUSTOM DESIGNS
When you commission me, you automatically agree to the following:
a.I have the right to deny any commission for any reason.
I am selective with customs, and will only accept commissions that I think that I will be able to do justice to.
b. Work on custom designs will begin only once full payment has been received.
c. I have the right to cancel your commission at any time and will provide a full refund.*
d. Commissioners may not request a refund once a custom design has been started or finished.*
e. I expect to be given some artistic freedom with my design process, though I am happy to work from description or moodboard! I will try to meet the visual you have in your head but also expect you to Trust Me.
f. I will provide progress shots in the sketch, lineart and color phases. Once one stage has been approved, I will not heavily modify that stage again. For example, requests to change lineart after approval will come with an additional fee.
g. I may take anywhere between 1 week to 1 month to complete commissions, I will be in contact with commissioners if there a delay. Deadlines can be negotiated, but they may incur additional charge.

7. REFUNDS*
a. Refunds are not available for commissioned artwork once work has begun. However, I am fully aware that life happens and I am willing to discuss any emergency situations.
b. I may, at any time, choose to cancel a custom or commission, and will issue a full refund.
c. Refunds are not available for fully paid designs, after the rights have been transferred to the buyer.
d. Backing out of design payment plans:
Refunds may be requested for partially paid designs, in case of emergency or justified cause. If refund is approved, the design will be put back up for sale at my convenience. ONLY once the design has been resold, and payments are being made on it, will I begin the refund process.
NOTE: Breaching a payment plan for an unjustified cause is a breach of my terms of service.
If reason provided for backing out is deemed unjustified - i.e. impulse buy, unresponsive to messages - Buyer will be given a single warning and placed on a 6 month temporary ban from future design sales. Should a buyer commit another offence, they will be placed on the permanent blacklist and will not be able to purchase designs from me.
